Child Safety Standards‍
At Nexsa, we are committed to protecting children and ensuring that our platform is safe for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the sharing of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Zero Tolerance Policy

• Nexsa strictly prohibits any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children.
• This includes the creation, possession, or distribution of CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or any activity that harms children.
• Accounts found to be in violation will be immediately suspended, permanently banned, and reported to law enforcement.

Detection & Enforcement

• We actively monitor and investigate reports of abusive content.
• We may use automated detection technologies and human review to help identify potential violations.
• Violations are reported to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, as required by law.

Reports are treated with urgency, and appropriate action will be taken swiftly.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We work closely with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations worldwide. Any verified CSAE reports will be escalated to the proper authorities.
